Motortrak’s Dealer Services Team based in San Jose is experiencing rapid success and dealer growth in some of today’s most critical components of automotive digital marketing.  As a member of this successful team you will provide our automotive clients with daily expertise in SEO, Paid Search, Display, Behavioural and Re-Targeting Marketing, Mobile, Lead and Content Optimization, Local Listings and Website Management.


As a Digital Marketing Specialist you must share our focused passion for best-in-class SEO techniques, appetite for leading edge digital marketing, website content and lead optimization.  Your position includes being the first point of contact for named accounts with the responsibility of troubleshooting issues and identifying solutions.  You will also be responsible for maintaining high engagement of proactive support as well as delivering monthly key metrics of program ROI back to clients. 


Producing successful client relationships and product ROI is a primary goal and key indicator of position success. 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver - leading SEO tactics according to Motortrak documented strategy
  • Adherence - to OEM Compliance Guidelines as it relates to digital marketing initiatives
  • Success - in executing procedures for department products and services
  • Recommend - for enhancing and driving efficiency into department tactics and procedures
  • Demonstrate - best-in-class digital marketing knowledge and support through preparation and delivery of client meetings and ongoing interaction
  • Approach - client demands with prudent follow-up and clear communication to achieve mutual agreement and client satisfaction
  • Desire - for continued learning and increased knowledge in core areas of automotive digital marketing
  • Innovate - Identify new areas of digital marketing focus for both Motortrak and Motortrak Clients

Skills:

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, including both verbally and in writing
  • Technical : Familiarity with web-based technologies, applications and languages, including HTML
  • Analytical: Ability to systematically breakdown and troubleshoot technical problems
  • Organizational: strong multi-tasking skills and working with time sensitive and deadline based projects

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 2 year equivalent working in SEO or Automotive
  • Digital Marketing as a substitute
  • 2+ years experience in a client facing, web based application support environment
  • Automotive industry knowledge or background is strongly preferred
  • Intermediate experience in SEO
  • Intermediate experience in Paid Search
  • Website content, copy-writing and lead optimization a plus
